Non-Discrimination Policy
Park City Rides is committed to providing safe, reliable, and inclusive transportation services for all passengers in accordance with Utah Code §13-51-105.
Policy Statement
- Race, color, ethnicity, or national origin
- Religion or creed
- Sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity
- Age
- Marital or family status
- Disability or use of service animals
- Any other protected class under applicable law
Driver Obligations
- All drivers must accept ride requests in a non-discriminatory manner.
- Service animals must be permitted in vehicles, regardless of driver allergies or preferences.
- Drivers must provide reasonable assistance to passengers with disabilities, including stowing mobility devices.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in suspension or permanent deactivation from the Park City Rides platform. Passengers who believe they have been subject to discrimination may report incidents to Park City Rides through the app or by contacting support.
Drug & Alcohol Policy
In compliance with Utah Code §13-51-106, Park City Rides maintains a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use by transportation network drivers.
Policy Statement
- Drivers may not use, consume, or be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance while providing transportation network services.
- Prescription medications that impair safe operation of a motor vehicle are prohibited while driving for Park City Rides.
Driver Obligations
- Drivers must begin each trip free from any drug or alcohol impairment.
- If a driver consumes alcohol or an impairing substance, they must refrain from accessing the platform until they are legally and safely able to drive.
Passenger Protections
Passengers may report suspected drug or alcohol use by contacting Park City Rides support directly. All such reports will be investigated promptly and appropriate action taken.
Complaint Reporting Procedure
Passengers who suspect a driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol may report the incident by:
- In-Ride Help (recommended): During an active trip, tap Help in the ride view and select “Report suspected drug or alcohol use.” This immediately alerts Park City Rides, pauses future dispatches to the driver, and triggers a safety review. In an emergency, call 911 first.

Park City Rides will review all complaints, investigate thoroughly, and remove drivers from service if found in violation. Where required, violations will be reported to law enforcement.
Enforcement
Any driver found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate suspension or permanent deactivation from the platform. Where applicable, Park City Rides will report violations to law enforcement.
