• Account and profile data: such as name, email address, phone number, and payment-related information you provide when you create or manage an account, including a card on file processed by our payment provider.
• Trip and service data: such as pickup and drop-off locations, flight number and scheduled arrival when you book an airport trip, trip history, fares, and messages or support requests you send through the Services, including the in-app support tool.
• Device and technical data: such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic or log data that help us operate and secure the Services.
• Location information: when you allow it, to suggest a pickup or drop-off address and show maps, in accordance with your device or app permissions.
• Communications: service-related verification codes and ride updates sent to the mobile number you provide. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How we use information

• To provide, schedule, and complete rides and related support.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain records as required for our business and applicable law.
• To improve reliability and safety, including investigating incidents and enforcing our policies.
• To communicate with you about trips, updates, and (where permitted) marketing; you may opt out of promotional messages as described in those communications.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these situations:

• With drivers and passengers as needed to complete a trip (for example, name, contact, or location relevant to the ride).
• With service providers who assist us under contract (such as hosting, payments, maps, analytics, or customer support), subject to confidentiality and data-protection terms.
• For legal and safety reasons, including to comply with law, protect rights and safety, and enforce our agreements.
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, where information may transfer as part of the assets—subject to appropriate safeguards.

Maps and third-party services

Our Services may use mapping or other tools provided by third parties (for example, Google Maps) and payment processing provided by Stripe. Those providers may collect or receive information according to their own policies. We encourage you to review their privacy notices.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To submit a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also control location and notification permissions through your device settings.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
